Front Desk Officer

The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for visitors and clients, delivering courteous service while managing daily front desk operations. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating appointments, maintaining office logs, and supporting administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth office functioning through effective communication and organization, contributing to a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field preferred
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in front desk, receptionist, or customer service roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work six (6) days a week, including weekends and holidays as needed
